Loyalty is important for being a president. You have to trust that your staff and committee will have your back. However you are not to put all of your trust into someone because that can be your downfall. Because letting someone know that you totally trust their decisions will give them a right to do what they want without your consent. A president should have loyalty but not give all of their trust into their staff.
