I believe drugs are affecting the suburbs the most is becuase these are the kids that are looked at very highly. These kids go to the best schools and are expected the best upon them. Sometimes the parents shelter the kids and when they get out they want to explore any and everything. These are the kids who want to be "cool" and feel that doing drugs helps them fit in. It's not all of these kids, but many from the suburbs are using drugs. I think the parents should take more cautious and teach their kids about drugs and don't be the one that thinks it can happen to them.
